Headwaters is dedicated to providing professional and thorough firearm instruction.

  Credentials

Headwaters Permit To Carry Training, LLC is approved by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety as an organization for firearms training certification under Minnesota Statute 624.714.

Headwaters is listed by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) as a business organization approved to train permit-to-carry instructors.

Our master instructor, Nik Opsal, has taught permit-to-carry training to over 2000 students.
